Family caregiving is a job, we help you get paid for it.

We support parents caring for their child with special needs such as IDD, autism, cerebral palsy, medically fragile, and more. Family caregivers can get compensated by Medicaid. We help you get paid for the work that you’re already doing so you can focus on what matters: your little one.

Serving families in Colorado.

How it works

Wellspring cares for you, so you can care for your little one.

Get certified with us

We uplevel you with the skills and support to provide the best-in-class care for your child. Our care partner will guide you through the process of becoming a certified nursing assistant (CNA) underneath Medicaid at no cost to you. This is a 2 to 4 week, virtual or in-person program tailored to your own schedule.

Claim your paycheck

We hire you and handle all of the paperwork to get you paid. We’ll also cover any costs of training required by Medicaid. You deserve to be compensated for being a caregiver, and we make sure this happens regularly.

Feel empowered by people who understand

We’re here to help you whenever you need it. Our nurses are always one phone call away. Wellspring is a community of other parents like you to give and get support together.
